DEEP RELAXATION & YOGA NIDRA

Starts with some relaxing postures, then some soothing breathing exercise, lastly finishes with  Yoga Nidra – yoga sleep a relaxation technique which effectively supports the body’s natural healing process. The practice  can help with anyone experiencing difficulties sleeping and resting.

YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga practice often includes several long postures, it  restores energy and calms the nervous system. Focuses on the connective tissue that surrounds the joints and increase its elasticity. Yin can help with injury prevention and joint health.
